Problem Statement
Address the need for a dedicated mobile application for a local fast food vendor to streamline ordering processes,  improve customer engagement, and compete effectively in the digital marketplace, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.

Goals
Develop a user-friendly mobile application for a local fast food vendor to address the absence of a dedicated platform, enabling customers to easily browse menu items, place orders or pickup, thereby enhancing convenience and customer satisfaction.

Design Process
For developing a local fast food vendor app, my UX design process involves researching market needs and user preferences, refining concepts into clear app objectives, planning design implementation within project constraints, creating wireframes and prototypes for user testing, and continually gathering user feedback for iterative improvements post-launch, aligning each stage with the product development lifecycle for a seamless and user-centric experience.

Target Audience
The target audience for the local fast food vendor app would primarily include customers who seek convenient and quick options for ordering food from their favorite local vendor. This could encompass a wide range of demographics, including busy professionals, students, families, and individuals looking for on-the-go meal solutions in the surrounding area.
